<p>&nbsp;<br /><span style="font-size: x-large;"><br /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: x-large;"><span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;">Did you know the fossil fuels we have become addicted to are really just <em><em><em>ancient&nbsp;solar energy </em></em></em>trapped by sediment&nbsp;then fossilized?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: x-large;"><span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;"><span style="font-size: large;">It's true. Millions of years ago the&nbsp;organisms that formed the basis of life for&nbsp;land creature and aquatic life were plants and algae. These&nbsp;</span> <span style="font-size: large;">&nbsp;</span></span></span><strong><a class="offsite-link-inline" onmouseover="window.status=''; return true" onmouseout="window.status=' '" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photosynthesis" target="_blank"><span style="font-family: Arial Narrow; font-size: large;">photosynthetic</span></a></strong> <span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;">life forms took in the suns rays and converted&nbsp;them &nbsp;to the food they needed to survive.&nbsp;&nbsp;Much of the energy absorbed by these plants and algae was still present when they were covered by sediment and became fossilized.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;">The same Plants which &nbsp;nourished dinasaurs and later life forms over time deposited their leaves in areas where they would become covered with sediment and over time would be pressured from&nbsp;the weight above while heated from the earth below formed the substance we now know as&nbsp;coal&nbsp;. In the same way the single celled Algae that fed the Earths aquatic lifeforms sank into the depths and was transformed in the same way into oil.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;">You may not find this as interesting as I do but I hope that you&nbsp;see the incredible irony: All this time the Oil and Coal companies spend&nbsp;millions to persuade us that Solar Energy is not capable of providing the power we need to live our lives as comfortably as we always have using their dirty, polluting, limited, energy products, while in fact their product&nbsp;is Solar Energy based!&nbsp;</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;">I am sure it come as no surprise to you that <strong>where there are dollars to be made, those making the dollars will&nbsp;spend&nbsp;whatever they can&nbsp;to&nbsp;control perceptions</strong>. Are you swayed by the news have seen on television or read&nbsp;in your local papaer?&nbsp;&nbsp;Do you realize there is no limit to </span></span><strong><span style="font-family: Onyx;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;"><a onmouseover="window.status='http://usgovinfo.about.com/b/2010/01/22/so-can-corporations-vote-now.htm'; return true" onmouseout="window.status=' '" href="http://usgovinfo.about.com/b/2010/01/22/so-can-corporations-vote-now.htm" target="_blank">"what they can spend" ??</a>&nbsp;(Oil, Coal, Industries)</span></span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Onyx;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial Narrow;">Think of this...<br /></span></span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;">If your business made more than <a class="offsite-link-inline" title="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/02/01/AR2010020103526.html" href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/02/01/AR2010020103526.html" target="_blank">$19,300,000,000</a> last year</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;">...<em>Let me just spell it out, because when I read it that way, it seems too ridiculous to comprehend.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: large;">Nineteen BILLION, three hundred million dollars..!!!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;">$19.3 billion dollars? </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;">and that was a <span style="text-decoration: underline;">57% drop from the year before</span>..</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;"><em>A FIFTY SEVEN PERCENT DROP!</em><br /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;">Thats more than the gross domestic product of Afghanistan!.... T<em>hink about how much we spend in Afghanistan</em>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;">Imagine if only a small fraction of that money were spent to manipulate the your perceptions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;">Might you come away thinking Solar is not the phenominal option that it really?&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: large;">That it is just <em>"too soon"</em>?&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: large;">That some how the <em>"jury is still out"</em> when determining if switching to Solar will cause you to lose the security that the "normal" electric company provides?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;">I am sorry. I don't mean to digress. Sometimes the amazement gets the better of me, I'll try to stay on point. Suffice it to say Solar energy is INCREDIBLE!! Its FREE, Its CLEAN, Its ENDLESS! Could it get any better.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;"><em style="font-size: 90%;">(Well sure, it could, if getting it on your home didn't cost anything upfront...,stay tuned)&nbsp; </em><br /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;">&nbsp;<br /></span></p>
